Beatrice Durbin Moore

Mrs. Beatrice Durbin Moore, 79, of Brandenburg, KY passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Brandenburg, KY.  She was a member and officer for many years of DAV Auxiliary Post 3, Elizabethtown, KY, Eastern Star Chapter 456, Custer, KY, The Anchor House, TOPS, and Meade County Senior Citizens.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Moore and 2 sons, Harold and Romey Moore.  She is survived by 3 Children, Tommy Stinson, Guston, KY, Sheila DeSpain, Battletown, KY, and Sue Wright, Radcliff, KY; 5 Grandchildren, James Stinson, Tina Allen, Tiffany Tabor, Shawn Moore, and Jason Moore; 5 Step-grandchildren, Marcia McCorkle, Tammy Sanders, Tony Barentine, Hope Ida, and Kristina Ida; 1 Sister, Minnie Ann, Louisville, KY; 11 Great-grandchildren and 9 Step-Great grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews and many Friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Bridge and Rev. Charles Blanc, officiating.  Burial will be in Ekron Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 until 8 PM Tuesday and after 9 AM Wednesday.
