Clyde M. Hicks

Mr. Clyde M. Hicks, age 92, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at his residence. Mr. Hicks was retired from the United States Army having served his country in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of Rock Haven Baptist Church.

Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Mary Hicks; his late wife, Christine Hicks; and 9 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Rose Hicks; two sons, Garry (Pat) Hicks, Ekron, KY and Ronnie (Vonnie) Hicks, Guston, KY; two step children, Joy (Jeff) Voelker, Brandenburg, KY, Michael (Tess) Sykes, Louisville, KY; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Brother Barry Darnall officiating. Burial will follow in Garnettsville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3-8 PM on Friday and after 10:00 AM on Saturday.
