David Anthony Allen

Mr. David Anthony Allen, 52, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in Louisville, KY.  He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Allen and his father-in-law, Joseph P. Harman.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Ann Harman Allen; two children, Erika (Chris) Singleton and David Anthony (Jamie Edsell) Allen, II, both of Vine Grove, KY; 4 grandchildren, Addison and Abigail Allen, and Memphis Ray and Maci Michelle Singleton;  his mother, Sharon (David) Pierce, Louisville, KY; his step mother, Jackie Allen, Louisville, KY; two brothers, Timmy Allen,  Shepherdsville, KY and Kevin Allen Louisville, KY; a step sister, Erin Harper, Louisville, KY; two step brothers, Jason Pierce, Louisville, KY and Allen Pierce, Elizabethtown, KY; his mother in law, Bridget Harman, Louisville, KY; and seven adopted brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Stewart Skaggs, officiating.  Burial will be in Ekron Full Gospel Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 until 8 PM Friday and after 9 AM Saturday.
