Donald Ray Wells

Mr. Donald Ray Wells, age 62, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Mr. Wells loved watching NASCAR and he loved to fish.

Mr. Wells was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Finch; his father, Robert Wells; his dad, Alan Finch; a nephew, Steve Simpson; a brother, Arnold Carpenter, Jr.; and a great nephew, Cameron Mixon.  He is survived by three sisters, Margie Carpenter Gray, Lexington, KY. Bonnie (Doug) Grigsby, Teresa Lynn Wells, both of Brandenburg, KY; a brother, Mark Allen (Tammy) Wells, Louisville, KY; 10 nieces and nephews, Bobby, Tammy, Kevin, Vicki, Michelle, Kristi, Jeffrey, Adam, Gilbert (Angela), Tammie S.; and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.
