Douglas Martin Brown

Mr. Douglas Martin Brown, age 60, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at his residence.  Mr. Brown was a 1975 graduate of Lakewood High School in St. Petersburg, FL; a veteran of the United States Air Force; and was a cabinet maker in Clearwater, FL for many years.  Doug loved to sing Christian music and he was also an avid fisherman.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Brown and Kathryn Jean Board Ewing; and his step father, John E. Ewing.  He is survived by six siblings, John R. Ewing, James (Cheryl) Ewing, Kateri (James) Painter, Charles (Kathryn) Ewing, William “Jerry” Brown and Tobi (Eddie) Baysinger; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family has chosen cremation.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
