Flossie Lacey Obituary

Mrs. Flossie Elion Lacey, age 93, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at her residence. Mrs. Lacey was born January 1, 1925, the daughter of Roscoe William and Sina Lou (Crace) Tackett. She loved to read, work crossword puzzles, work in her yard, and to cook.

Mrs. Lacey was preceded in death by her husband, CPT John Henry Lacey, who was a United States Navy veteran of World War II and an Army Veteran of Korea. She is survived by her children, John William Lacey, Brandenburg, KY, Joyce Ann Salladin, Irvington, KY and James Dean Lacey, Elizabethtown, KY; 12 brothers and sisters; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be privately held at the Ft. Knox Main Post Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project online at woundedwarriorproject.org.
