Robert Lee Baker Sr.

Mr. Robert Lee Baker, Sr., age 43, of Guston, KY passed away at his home in Guston, on April 11, 2017, at 12:42 PM, surrounded by his loving family.  Robert was born in Louisville, KY, on December 4, 1973.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Joe Baker; grandparents, Nell and Ernest Wagner, and Charlie and Iona Baker; and three infant brothers.  He is survived by his wife, Lorrie Goins Baker; three children, Chelsy, Josie, and Robert “Robbie” Lee Baker, Jr.; a granddaughter, Gracelynn Audrianna Sexton; his mother, Shirley Baker; four brothers, Terry, Charles, Joe and Walt Baker; and three sisters, Patricia Higdon, Barbara Geary and Shirley Yates.           

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Carlie Ross and Pastor Larry Vickers officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Irvington, KY.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon – 9:00 PM on Friday, and after 8:00 AM on Saturday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
