Mrs. Frazier was a sweet woman who always had a welcoming smile. I enjoyed seeing her and talking with her when Heather invited me and my kiddos. I know this is a sad day for the family and they are all in my prayers. I know that she is smiling down and will be with them always. She was such a wonderful woman who I am glad I knew.
