Shirley Joe Manning Pipes

Mrs. Shirley Joe Manning Pipes, age 67, of Hardinsburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017, at University of Louisville Hospital.  Mrs. Pipes was born February 22, 1950, the daughter of George Lee Roy and Della Francis Hancock Manning. 

Besides her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by a son, Frankie Brock; two brothers, George and Frank Manning; and a sister, Nancy Lee Phillips.  She is survived by three children, Theresa Humphrey, Tommy Brock and Joe (Jodi) Pipes; a step son, Ronnie Pipes, Jr.; 17 grandchildren, Tori (Danny), Chelsea, Isaac, Shanna Lee, Nevaeh, Tommy Lee, Jake, Austin, Corey, Kylie (Chris), Kelsie, Devin, Joe, Cassie, Brianna, Michael and Dylan; five great grandchildren, Brayden, Georgia, Lucas, Allie and Gavin; five nieces and nephews that she raised, Justin, Haley, Whitney, Jarred and Jaden; five sisters, Sophia (Pete) Reesor, Pat Elliott, Jeannie Miles, Berdie (Ronnie) Nichols, Mary (Mike) Adams; and three brothers, James (Linda) Manning, John (Alice) Manning, and Bobby (Yvonne) Manning.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Milburn officiating.  Burial will follow in New Highland Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
