M. Alene (Pike) Clark

Mrs. M. Alene (Pike) Clark, age 81, of Guston, KY, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at her residence. Mrs. Clark was born on July 25, 1942, the daughter of James Frederick and Margaret Ruth (Waddle) Pike who preceded her in death. Alene was a longtime member of St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Catholic Church. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved to raise gardens of both vegetables and flowers.

Alene is survived by her loving husband, J. Donald Clark; five children, John Clark, Robert “Bobby” (Michele) Clark, Stephen (Valerie) Clark, Debbie (John) Bryant and Karen (David) Scott; seven grandchildren, Blake Clark, Regan Clark, Lauren Clark, Taylor Clark, Shawn Clark, Hannah Clark and Jordan Bryant; two step grandchildren, Ezekiel and Nathaniel Scott; two great grandchildren, Jaxton and Paisley; seven sisters, Mary Ann Lancaster, Bonnie Kay Fackler, Lois Fackler, Janet Huff, Shirley Beavin, Jane Beach and Diane Benham; and two brothers, James H. Pike and Kenny Pike.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 25, 2024, at St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Catholic Church with Rev. George Illakkal and Deacon Greg Beavin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Sunday at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM until the time of mass on Monday at the church. Vigil services will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery Fund.
