Calvin Russell Keith

Mr. Calvin Russell Keith, age 79, of Battletown, KY, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. Keith was born August 15, 1939, the son of Carmel and Hazel Phillips Keith.

Besides his parents, Mr. Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Dorisey Hardesty Keith; two brothers, Carmel Lee and Nate Keith; two sisters, Betty Ory and Ida Mae Singleton; a grandbaby and a great grandbaby. He is survived by five children, Benita Keith Bennett, Judy Keith Adkins, Calvina Keith, all of Brandenburg, KY, Terry Keith and Wesley Keith, both of Payneville, KY; a special niece, Susan Oelze; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Parr-Frans Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2-8 PM on Monday and after 9:00 AM on Tuesday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
