Deborah Hubbard Obituary

Mrs. Deborah Ann Hubbard, age 63, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Hosparus Inpatient Unit at tne Norton Medical Pavilion in Louisville, KY.

Mrs. Hubbard was preceded in death by her father; William Lee Adams; her mother and step-father, Shirley Ann and Oliver Earl Pack; her husband, Howard Hubbard; and two siblings, Johnny and Sherry Adams. She is survived by two sons, Howard Hubbard, Jr. and Carl Hubbard, both of Leitchfield, KY; two granddaughters, Andy Lashley, Hardinsburg, KY and Katarina Hubbard, Leitchfield, KY; two siblings, Billy Adams and Theresa Sullins, Murfreesboro, TN; a step-brother, Oliver Earl Pack, Jr.; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen by the family with no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg, KY.
