Emery Dages, Jr. Obituary

Mr. Emery Hoskins Dages, Jr., age 59,of Rhodelia, KY passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY. Mr. Dages was a Navy Veteran and a member of the National Rifle Association.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Mae Stevens. He is survived by two children, Robby Dages and his wife Brittany, Berea, KY and Lizzie Dages, Radcliff, KY; four grandchildren, Ben, Natalie, and Logan Dages and Cameron Johnson; his father, Emery Dages, Sr. and his step-mother, Betty, Brandenburg, KY; four sisters, Connie (Tim) Kennedy, Battletown, KY, Diana (Tyrus) Scalf, London, KY, Tina Darst and Kathy (Bruce) McHargue, Brandenburg, KY; and four brothers, Chris Dages, Vine Grove, KY, Doug (Dana) Dages and Michael Dages, Louisville, KY and Jeff (Sherry) Kern, Mt. Washington, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Johnson, officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central with full military honors. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
