Harold Dean Simpson

Mr. Harold Dean Simpson, age 70, of Muldraugh, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at his residence. Mr. Simpson was a Vietnam veteran, serving his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Simpson was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Opal Highbaugh Simpson. He is survived by his son, Scott Simpson, and his wife Emily; five grandchildren, Dylan (Courtney Pollock) Simpson, Zak Brown, Kassi, Kyrsten, and Kelissa Simpson; his beloved step daughter, Liz (Brice) Starr; grandchildren, Nahia, Jaylynn and Braylen Starr; his beloved aunt, Dottie (Paul) Simmons; two brothers, Otis (Geraldine) Simpson, Tommy Simpson; his special friends, Justin and Karen; and several loved nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside services, with military honors, will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY, with Brother Mike Ford officiating. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM on Tuesday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family to aid with expenses.
