Mr. James Walter Roberts, Jr., age 58, of Irvington, KY, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at his residence. Mr. Roberts was born May 11, 1961, the son of James Walter, Sr. and Dora Mae Simmons Roberts.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother, Dora Mae Roberts. He is survived by his wife, Benita Roberts; two children, Sean Walter Roberts, Courtney Nicole Brown, and her husband, Kristopher; three grandchildren, Jacob Sean Roberts, Kelly Nicole Brown, Miranda Dale Brown; two siblings, Sylvia Ann Baker, and her husband, Mark, Donald Wayne Roberts, and his wife, Jeanine; a nephew, John Robert Carney, II; two nieces, Sarah Ann Marilla and Amanda Nicole Roberts; a great nephew, John Robert Carney, III; and numerous other family members and friends.

Cremation has been chosen by the family. Hager Funeral home has been entrusted with arrangements.
