Keith Martin Fowler

Mr. Keith Martin Fowler, Louisville, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY.

Mr. Fowler was preceded in death by his wife, Tanya Fowler; his grandmother, Jennie Flack; and an uncle, Bobby Flack. He is survived by four children, Amber Fowler, Devin Fowler, Tiffany Williams and Buddy Barrett, all of Irvington, KY; two grandchildren, Trinity and Brenden Long; his mother, Shirley Price, Louisville, KY; six siblings, Deborah Clark, Elizabethtown, KY, Charlotte Pike, Brandenburg, KY, Bruce Fowler, Christopher Bowman, Rocky Bowman and Brandy Luckenbill, all of Louisville, KY; two aunts, Betty Livingston and Viola Parrish, both of Louisville, KY; and an uncle, Thomas Flack, Louisville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg, KY, with Rev. Tom Bridge officiating. Burial will follow in Knob Creek Cemetery in West Point, KY. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8 PM on Monday, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
