Mrs. Lucille Benham Samuels, 71, of Louisville, KY passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Norton Audubon Hospital, Louisville, KY.
She is survived by four children, Gary Lee (Stacey) Samuels, New Albany, IN, Jerry L. (Dawn) Samuels, Corydon, IN, Rebecca L. Samuels and Terry L. (Christina) Samuels, Louisville, KY; 5 Grandchildren, Ariel Fluhr, Steven Burton, Harley (Crystal) Willis, Louisville, KY, Chloe Walker and Joseph Charles Samuels, New Albany, IN; a great grandchild, Raelynn Coats; three sisters, Gertrude Gray, Pimlico, SC, Hazel Sheffield, Lexington, KY and Peggy Stice, Crestwood, KY; and two brothers, Leon and Gerald Benham, Jeffersontown, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Benham officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM until 2 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
