Martha Louisa Benham

Mrs. Martha Louisa Benham, age 86, of Brandenburg, KY passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Benham was very proud to be a two-time fifth Generation Grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Benham; and two brothers, Willie and James H. Wardrip. Mrs. Benham is survived by two sons, Anthony W. Perez and his wife Meri, Plano, TX and Michael Edward Perez, Jeffersonville, IN; one brother Frank E. Wardrip, Brandenburg, KY; six grandchildren, Martha Sova, Michael B. Perez, Ashley Michelle Cannon, Brian Perez, Bradley Perez, and Benjamin Perez; 11 great grandchildren, Robert, Brent, and Toni Bohlman, Jayshawn Michael Perez-Kendrick, Maliki Lewis Cannon, Holly Perez, Justin Perez, Kamryn Perez, Christopher Perez, Sophia Perez and Haley Perez; numerous step-great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Frederick and Mr. Gary Benham officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Haven Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Thursday and after 9:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
