Mary Ruth Monroe Greer

Ms. Mary Ruth Monroe Greer, age 75, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, IN. Ms. Greer was born February 2, 1944, the daughter of Francis and Lillie Devore Kenley.

Ms. Greer was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Thelma Rose Kenley; her infant son, John William Greer; and her great granddaughter, Alisha Nichole Greer; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by three children, Mary Elizabeth Dupin, and her husband, Billy Joe, Guston, KY, Judy Ann Kessinger, and her husband, Windell, and Bernie Greer, both of Brandenburg, KY; her brother, Fred Kenley, English, IN; two sisters, Linda Sue Williams, Bedford, KY, Dorothy Rose Kendall, Brandenburg, KY; her grandson, Billy Joe Greer; her great grandchildren, Derek Wayne Greer and Lacey Greer.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Parr-Frans Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.
