Mary Etta Reesor

Mrs. Mary Etta Reesor, age 69, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. Mrs. Reesor was a member of the Tabernacle of Worship in Brandenburg. She dearly loved her church and her church family.

Mrs. Reesor was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Tommy and Dorothy Irene Saltsman Stevenson; and a brother, Randy J. Stevenson. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert E. Reesor; four children, Jonathan Dustin Reesor, McQuady, KY, Robert J. Reesor and Shannon Leah Evans, both of Ekron, KY, Dwayne Thomas (Dee) Frank, Brandenburg, KY; 10 grandchildren, Isaac and Sadie Evans, Julian, Jacob, and Blake Reesor, kaylea and Karlea Pike, Tristen Scott Curtsinger, Courtney and Chelsea Frank; two great grandchildren, Rider and ReShae Gould; and two brothers, Richard T. Stevenson, Morgantown, KY and Terry Braden, Louisville, KY.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Tabernacle of Worship, 1990 Highway 79, Brandenburg, KY 40108, with Sister Lida Bain officiating. A short interment service will be held at 2:00 PM CST at New Salem Baptist Church in Bee Spring, KY. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg, on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 5:00 until 9:00 PM, and at the Tabernacle of Worship church from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
