Mildred Maxine Crawley

Mrs. Mildred Maxine Crawley, 73, of Brandenburg, KY passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Kindred Hospital, Louisville, KY. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Maxine was an avid Green Wave and U of K fan and enjoyed playing Bunco. She especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren play ball and spending time with family.

Mrs. Crawley was preceded in death by her parents, Aloysius and Forrest Marie Knott; and six brothers, Joe, Norman, Jimmy, Frank, Michael and Ike Knott. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Crawley; six children, Donna DeSpain, Theresa Evans, Kimberly Wentz, and her husband, Daniel, all of Brandenburg, KY, Chuck Evans, and his wife, Amy, Ashland, KY, Mary Davis, Louisville, KY, Doug Crawley, and his wife, Marcie, Flaherty, KY; three brothers, Garland Knott, Brandenburg, KY, Carroll and Gary Leo Knott, both of Louisville, KY; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at Bethel United Methodist Church, with Rev. Paul Frederick, officiating. Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 2:45 PM on Tuesday.
