Myra Winfred Heil

Mrs. Myra Winfred Heil, age 83, of Corydon, IN, formerly of Battletown, KY, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017, at Kindred Transitional Care of Indian Creek in Corydon.  Mrs. Heil was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who never met a stranger.

Mrs. Heil was preceded in death by her husband, James Heil; and two sons, Ralph Powell and John Heil.  She is survived by a son, James Powell, FL; two granddaughters, Jenny Rose Powell, Bloomington, IN, Amy Michelle Banner, Virginia Beach, VA; and two great grandchildren, Noah and Harper Banner.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Heil will be private.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the animal shelter of the donor’s choice.  Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg has been entrusted with arrangements.
