Rhonda Denise Carter

Miss Rhonda Denise Carter, age 51, of Radcliff, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. Rhonda was born on April 24, 1968, the daughter of Joseph H. Sr. and Betty I. Carter, who both preceded her in death.

Rhonda is survived by three brothers, Joseph H. Carter, Jr., and his wife, Katie, Anthony Carter, and his wife, Jennifer, and Jeff Carter; 4 nieces, Ashley Mattingly, and her husband, Kyle, Kassidy and Trinity Carter, and Devan Daugherty; 7 nephews, Joey Carter, Billy Carter, and his wife, Abby, Brandon Carter, and his wife, Kaelyn, Brandon Vair, Dylan Mielke, Michael and Jacob Carter; 8 great nieces and nephews ; 8 aunts and uncles, Sue, Bonnie, Jean, Barney, Sam, Pru, Punchie, Doc and Faye; and her friend, Martin Wade.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, December 23, 2019, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeff Hackert officiating. Burial will follow in Buck Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.
