Sue Virginia Lamkin Gordon

Ms. Sue Virginia Lamkin Gordon, age 75, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Gordon was born February 6, 1943, the daughter of Andrew Lamkin and Marcella Martin, who both, preceded her in death.

Ms. Gordon is survived by three sons, David, Donald and Daniel Fuqua; three grandchildren, John, James and Samantha Fuqua; a step brother, Larry Martin; and her dear friend, Bobby Chism.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Sherman Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, and after 9:00 AM on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family to aid with expenses.
