Barry Ross Matthews

Mr. Barry Ross Matthews, age 53, of Williston, ND, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at Mercy Hospital. Barry was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to be on the water in his kayak.

Barry was preceded in death by his father, James Allen Matthews; and his step father, Willie Wade Milton. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Matthews; four daughters, Rachel Matthews, Brittany Northcutt, and her husband, Josh, Brooke Matthews and Brandi Wolz; six grandchildren, Jorden, Robyn, Jacob, Dakotah, Bentley and Hailey; his mother, Doris June Milton; his step mother, Judy Matthews; a sister, Anne Mullenix, and her husband, Joe; and two brothers, Brent Matthews and Tim Matthews, and his husband, Scott; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at the Buck Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. David Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Buck Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg, from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, and from 10:00 AM until 11:30 Am on Wednesday.
