Bobby Ray Bostic

Mr. Bobby Ray Bostic, age 66, of Vine Grove, KY, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 25, 2022, at his residence. He was born November 28, 1955, to the late Thurman and Biddy Bostic. Bobby was a mechanic by trade retiring from Yamamoto in Louisville, KY. He had previously worked in the coal mining industry and for J.B. Hunt. Bobby loved working in his garage every second he could. Anything from restoring old cars to doing normal maintenance for his family and friends. He never met a stranger, treated all as family and left a positive impact everywhere he went.

He is survived by his loving wife, Anna Bostic; his seven children, Jamie Bostic (Juan Terry), Gena Bostic Prater (Johnathon Pegram), Michael (Tracy) Owens, Megan (John) Probst, Katie Owens (Dustin Coulter), Stephanie (Daniel) Brown, Cody Owens (Sabrina Riley); 14 grandchildren; sister, Jessie (Dan) Lucas; nephew, Michael (Heather) Glaser; niece, Cindy (Fred) Adams; and many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM, Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Page Pike officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of service on Sunday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
