David Lee Blakely

Mr. David Lee Blakely, age 44, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at University of Louisville hospital. David was born February 12, 1975, the son of Jerry Blakely and Ruth Ann Polston Lindsey.

David was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Sadie Blakely-Padgett. He is survived by two aunts, Dottie Herring, and her husband, Ronald, Vine Grove, KY, Lena May, and her husband, Ken, Brandenburg, KY; two uncles, Richard Polston, Bowling Green, KY, Kenneth Givans, Union Star, KY; a special cousin, Liesha Clater, Ekron, KY; and several other cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Revs. Barbara Reichmuth and John Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4-8 PM on Friday, and after 9:00 AM on Saturday.
