David Lee Morris

       Mr. David Lee Morris, age 24, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021.  David loved being outdoors and riding four wheelers.  He also had a passion for listening to various types of music.

       David was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Opal and Marcus Howard; his paternal grandparents, Donald, Sr. and Loretta Morris; and his cousin, Tina Spink.  He is survived by his wife, Ashley Leann (Clark) Morris; his parents, Donald Morris, Jr., Battletown, KY and Sandra Carol Morris, Brandenburg, KY; his sisters, Karen Morris, and her significant other, Brandon, and Kayla Morris, both of Brandenburg, KY; his brother, Donald Morris, III, Ekron, KY; his nieces and nephews, Emma Morris, Karlee Smith, Robert Pickerell, Jr. and Chase Cundiff; His father-in-law, Mark D. Clark and his wife, Connie, Ekron, KY; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Little, New Haven, KY; his brothers-in-law, James Cundiff and his wife, Christi, Guston, KY, Michael Cundiff, TN; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl Morris, Melissa Morris, Diane Eldridge, David Howard, Danny Howard, and Pete Howard; his cousin, Daniel Spink; and his good friend, Jackie Allen.

       Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2020, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in Ekron Full Gospel Cemetery.  The service will also be streamed online to the Hager Funeral Home Facebook page.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
