Della Roberts Obituary

Mrs. Della Kay Chism Roberts, age 79, of Brandenburg, KY passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 in Elizabethtown, KY. Kay was a retired school bus driver for the Meade County School System; a former member of J.R. Dink Chapter O.E.S.; a member of the Women of the Moose; and a member of Ekron Baptist Church. Her favorite memories were spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Roberts is survived by three sons, Larry Joe Roberts and his wife Susan, David Glenn Roberts and Ricky Roberts; four grandchildren, Amanda Pertuis and her husband Derek, Eilene Madden, Jordan Roberts and Larry Joe “Ralph” Roberts II; four great-grandchildren, Maci Pertuis, Kaylee and Lexie Glisson and Emma Madden; a sister, Kathy Brandenburg and her husband Tom; and a cousin, Thelma Dean Singleton.

Graveside services will be held privately for Kay’s immediate family only, due to health concerns. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hager Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.hagerfuneralhome.com.
