Donna Maria "Ole Maw" (Goodlett) Fackler

Mrs. Donna Maria “Ole Maw” Fackler, age 71, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Kensington Center in Elizabethtown, KY. Mrs. Fackler was born September 12, 1950, the daughter of Hubert Ray and Elizabeth Mahoney Goodlett. Donna was an avid reader and was formerly the Children’s Program Coordinator at the Meade County Public Library.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Jan Cornett. She is survived by four sons, Troy Fackler, Cory (Julia) Fackler, Kevin Fackler and Eric Fackler; six grandchildren, Kyle (Ashley) Fackler, Codie Fackler, Cory Austin Fackler, Abbegail Fackler, Hayley (Gant) Miller and Adam Fackler; six great grandchildren, Zaxlie, Branton, Paisley, Payton and Murphy Fackler and Carson Scott; and three brothers, Ronald Goodlett, Ray (Jean) Goodlett and Hubert Goodlett.

A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Meade County Public Library; or any kids book program; or by simply just buying a book for a child.
