Mr. Doyle E. Harris, age 63, of Battletown, KY, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023, at his residence.  Doyle was born October 24, 1959, in Moscow, Idaho, the son of Edward E. and Laneva (Eldridge) Harris.  Doyle lived many years in Pullman, WA, and came to Kentucky as a marketing representative for Stouffer Inns.  His career then transitioned to becoming a security dispatcher for the University of Louisville, from which he retired.  He was a member of Cold Spring Baptist Church.  Doyle was also a member of AA, where he proudly accepted his 20 year pin.

      Mr. Harris is survived by his sister, Janna Clark and her husband, Randy.

      A celebration of Doyle’s life will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Jensen Riddle officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday.
