Frances Margaret (Barnes) Lynch

Mrs. Frances M. Lynch, age 92, of Vine Grove, KY, passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Tender Touch Assisted Living in Elizabethtown, KY, surrounded by her family.  Mrs. Lynch was retired from the Fort Knox Post Exchange with 30 years of service.  She enjoyed traveling, her two yorkies, Ching Chang and Itsy, her cat, Tigger, and playing Bingo.

Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lynch; her parents, Robert and Susie Shacklett Barnes; four brothers; two sisters; and a daughter-in-law, Vickie J. Powell.  She will be missed by her children, Susan Biggs, Jimmy Powell, and Donna Garrett (Jay); two grandchildren, T.J. Garrett (Dana), Mallory Biggs (Shawn); and four great grandchildren, Talon, Taylor, Savannah and Silas.

The family would like to thank Hosparus of Central Kentucky, Tender Touch Assisted Living, the Lynch family, and Roger Biggs.  Mrs. Lynch chose cremation.  A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  God Bless!
