Jennifer Irene Hogan

     Miss Jennifer Irene Hogan, age 57, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at University of Louisville Hospital, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Jennifer had a fun-loving, adventurous soul.  She loved snow skiing, hiking in the mountains, and spending time on her pontoon on the lake.  She also loved all animals, especially her dog and six cats.  Jennifer was a member of the Brandenburg Moose Lodge.

     Jennifer is survived by her sister, Linda Ann (Hogan) Scott; three nieces, Lizzie Perna, Shay Tankersley, and Remle Wilkerson; her aunt, Lorna Reeder; two cousins, David and Kim Reeder; and her very special friend of 36 years, Michael Cochrane.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Leah Perna.

      A celebration of Jennifer’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Kentucky Humane Society.  Also, in honoring Jennifer’s memory, her family would please implore all motorcycle riders to please wear a helmet.
