Joseph Argabright Obituary

Mr. Joseph Luther Argabright, age 81, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN. Mr. Argabright was born April 6, 1939, the son of Owen and Catherine (Hardesty) Argabright. He was a longtime parishioner of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, and an avid University of Kentucky fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, J.W. and Robert “Bobby” Argabright; and three sisters, Margaret Sears, Alice Fackler Smith and Rena Wheatley. He is survived by two sisters, Linda Kathryn Rocco and her husband, Steve, Owensboro, KY, and Carolyn Richardson and her husband, Wayne, Hawesville, KY; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In honoring Mr. Argabright’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
