Kelly Donald Gibbs

Mr. Kelly Donald Gibbs, age 84, of Irvington, KY, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023, at his residence. Mr. Gibbs was born in Montgomery, KY, on March 11, 1939, the son of Kelly and Mildred Hatton Gibbs. Kelly was a longtime member of the Brandenburg Church of God.

Kelly was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Kay Gibbs, Irvington, KY; three children, Ronnie Gibbs, Brandenburg, KY, Donnie Gibbs, Cloverport, KY, and Danny (Dortha) Gibbs, Louisville, KY; two stepchildren, Todd (Brook) Shreves, Oldham Co., KY and Michelle Shreves, Irvington, KY; his brother, Steve Gibbs, Somerset, KY; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 17, 2023, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Revs. Randy Johnson and Luke Bess officiating. Burial will follow in Custer Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.
