Linda Kuhn Whitfield

Mrs. Linda Kuhn Whitfield, age 69, of Vine Grove, KY, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.  Linda was born December 8, 1952, the daughter of Duster and Mary Louise Kuhn.  She retired as a clerk from Civil Service.  Linda was a volunteer at the Prichard Community Center and she loved to line dance.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Juanita Morrison; and her brother, Rick Kuhn.  She is survived by two children, Keith Swanson and his wife, Anna, and Lisa McCarthy and her husband, David; five grandchildren, Kristen, Kurtis and Kale Swanson, and Britney and Sarah McCarthy; her special family Bill and Sug Swanson; and her beloved poodle, Leah.

A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 11, 2022, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Deacon Greg Beavin officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until the time of service on Friday.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
