Lora Mae (Calloway) Rogers

Mrs. Lora Calloway Rogers, age 74, of Webster, KY, entered into eternal life, August 14, 2021, at Harrison County Hospital, Corydon, IN. Lora was born in Cottontown, TN, May 19, 1947, the daughter of Roy and Inez Gossett Calloway.

Lora is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, John Babinsack; her son, Victor D. Babinsack; siblings, Roy S. Calloway and Judy and Johnny Douglas; three nephews, Eric Calloway, Tony Horne and Eddie Douglas; and a sister-in-law, Diane Rhyne Calloway. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard W. Rogers; a daughter, Vanessa (Bobby) Kent, Webster, KY; five grandchildren, Sean, Desirae and Dierdre (Kyle) Babinsack, Apoke, FL, and Allyson and Elyzabeth Kent, Webster, KY; daughter-in-law, Kelly Babinsack; five siblings, Gene Calloway and Faye (Ned) Horne, Kokomo, IN, Ann (Larry) Hobbs Brandenburg, KY, Larry Calloway, Leitchfield, KY, Sandra (Mike) Jefferies, Pinellas Park, FL; and several nieces and nephews who truly loved their Aunt Wo-Wo.

Due to Covid-19, all funeral services and visitation have been cancelled. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
