Mrs. Loretta Murray, age 82, of Guston, KY, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at her residence.  Mrs. Murray was born on April 5, 1943, the daughter of Henry and Castella Wales Holloway.  She loved to play softball and was considered a “Superstar” to all that saw her play.

     Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Robert Ernest Murray, Sr.; and several brothers and sisters.  She is survived by five children, Dennis Murray, Wanda Murray, Annette Murray, Robert Murray, Jr., and Taurean Murray; two grandchildren, Ariel and Leer Murray; four great grandchildren, Midas, Nala, Akielles, and Leriah Murray; and her brother, Chester Holloway.

     In honoring Loretta’s wishes, her family has chosen cremation.  There will be a memorial service at a later date.  Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
