Martha Jean "Marty" (Frans) Wooten

Mrs. Martha Jean “Marty” Wooten, age 66, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022.  Martha was born December 27, 1955, the daughter of Ida Mae (Keith) Singleton and Buster W. Frans. 

Martha was a 1973 graduate of Meade County High School and a 1980 graduate of Trenholm State Community College.  She proudly served her country in the United States Army.  Martha had many interests, but especially loved the outdoors and fishing.  She always enjoyed being with her family and friends and having a good time.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; and her great niece, Jacelynn Courtney Brock.  She is survived by her husband, James Luttrell, Sr.; two brothers, Jeff Early, and Mike (Cathy) Frans; three sisters, Lisa Childers, Cindy Dowell and Jennifer Blakley; her nieces and nephews, Jackie, Peggy, Rebecca, Misty, Michael Allen, Jessica, Michelle, Rashannia, Killian, William “Willie”, Tiffany, Michael John, Jed, Jake (Destiny), and Jadie; her great nieces and nephews, Katurah, Frances, Shae, Slade, Tori, Zaylee, Christopher, Eli, Kayla, Julia, Akuma, Ida Mae, Celestial, Dannie, Kierra, James, Ivory, Taylin, Makenzie, Devon, Sarah, Olivia, Liberty, Lily, Bradley, Gabriel, Jackson, and Josie; her great-great niece and nephew, Kyvan and Kylo; and her special friends, Kay Stephenson and Fay Bennett.

In honoring Martha’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation.  A graveside service, with military honors, will be held at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid with expenses.
