Mary Angela (Burnett) Croley

     Mrs. Mary Angela Croley, age 80, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN.  Mrs. Croley was born April 14, 1943, the daughter of James Craycroft and Mary Denis (Whelan) Burnett. 

     Mrs. Croley was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Richard Harold “Fuzzy” Burnett and James Elwood “Woody” Burnett.  She is survived by her brother, Joseph Leo Burnett and his wife, Shirley; her sister, Margaret Lavern (Burnett) Leipson; her nephew, Joseph Leo Burnett, Jr. and his wife, Christy; her niece, Jennifer Burnett Carmon and her husband, Cody; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

      A celebration of Mary Angela’s life will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday.
