Melissa Mary Jo "Myssie" Jones

Mrs. Melissa Mary Jo “Myssie” Jones, age 50, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021.  Myssie loved to read and fish, but she especially loved motorcycles.

Myssie is survived by her husband, Donnie Jones, Jr.; five children, Kenneth Earl Duke and his wife, Autumn, Kayla Lynn Campbell and her husband, James, Kristopher Michael Herron, Brandon Wayne George and Zachary Tate Herron; three step children, Christopher Jones, Katelyn Knierman and her husband, Timothy, and Keyla Jones; her parents, Kenneth Herron and Joyce Glass; her brother, Harley Herron and his wife, Britany; her sister, Nikki West and her husband, Danny; two step sisters, Donna Dowell, and Christine Bray and her husband, Danny; 8 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and numerous cousins and friends.

 A celebration of Myssie’s life and remembrance time for family and friends, will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday.  In honoring Myssie’s wishes, cremation will follow the visitation.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
