Phyllis Kathleen “Jean” Fraze

Mrs. Phyllis Kathleen “Jean” Fraze, age 86, of Guston, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at the Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Fraze was born February 8, 1933, the daughter of Carl and Hazel Jones.

Mrs. Fraze was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Joseph Lennie Fraze, her daughter, Joyce A. Knott; her grandson, Jack J. LaTondress; and two brothers, L.C. and Wendell Jones. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Kenney, and her husband, John, and Dolores LaTondress, and her husband, Louie; her son-in-law, Steve Knott; seven grandchildren, Kim Knott, (Jeremy), Nik Wohlleb, and his wife, Candice, Lucas Wohlleb, Matt Wohlleb, Lezlie Wooldridge, and her husband, John, Erin Pike, and her husband, Adam, and Heather Pickering; her brother, Kinthrell Jones, and his wife, Shirley; 11 great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, with Rev. Kevin Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, and at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of mass on Saturday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
