Rebecca Ann (Wheeler) Huggins

Ms. Rebecca Ann Huggins, age 47, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Rebecca was born August 16, 1976, the daughter of Frank and Antha Lou (McKinney) Wheeler.  She was a very creative and artistic lady, who enjoyed doing various crafts, such as making wreaths, soap, and creating flower baskets with her beloved roses.  She was also a wonderful cook, who enjoyed baking.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Rita Summers.  She is survived by her son, Deiven Greer, whom she loved dearly; her husband, Daniel “Danny” Huggins; five sisters, Kay (John) McCawley, Julie (Rick) Bruce, Betty (Jeff) Emberton, Melissa (Jimmy) Fulkerson and Lisa Smith; her brother, Robbye (Megan) Wheeler; 22 nieces and nephews; 33 great nieces and nephews, her aunt and uncle, Charlotte and Earl McKinney, an abundance of cousins and friends; and her first husband, Travis Greer.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday.
