Richard Dean Sleeth, Jr.

Mr. Richard Dean Sleeth, Jr., age 54, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023. He was born on August 11, 1968, the son of Richard Dean Sleeth, Sr. and Gloria (Coss) Ferguson. Richard was very artistic and thoroughly enjoyed drawing and painting. He could always be found with a notebook and pencil in his hand. Richard had a huge, loving heart and he never met a stranger and considered everyone his friend.

Richard was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by three sons, Michael James Sleeth, and his wife, Michelle Faye, Joshua MacKenzie Sleeth and Jacob Ryan Sleeth; five grandchildren, Malia, Miles, Kaleb, J.J. and Alicia Sleeth; his mother, Gloria Ferguson and her husband, Clarence; and two siblings, Rodney Sleeth and Jennifer Sleeth.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the chapel of Hager Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
