Roberta Jean "Bert" (Hamilton) Bennett

     Mrs. Roberta Jean “Bert” Bennett, age 67, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at her residence.  She was born August 26, 1953, the daughter of Everett E., Sr. and Esther Lorene (Fuller) Hamilton.  Bert loved gardening, taking care of her many animals and going to yard sales.  She was a “people” person and enjoyed visiting with her many friends.  Most of all, however, Bert loved spending time with her kids, grandchildren, brother, and all of her extended family.

     Bert was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Junior Hamilton.  She is survived by four daughters, Angie Bennett, Toni Wilkins and her husband, Aaron, Wendy Bennett, Christy (Josh) Crase; her brother, Steve (Missy) Hamilton; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two nieces, Nola, and Brittany and her husband, Aaron; her nephew, Chris and his wife, April; and her fur babies, Quackers, Cloey, Chowder and Kitty Pam.

     Funeral services will be privately held for Bert’s immediate family only, due to the current COVID-19 mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky.  Her service will be streamed online to the Hager Funeral Home Facebook page, beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, with Rev.
