Tim Kelly Thomas, Jr.

Mr. Tim Kelly Thomas, Jr., age 38, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY. Tim was a member of the Brandenburg Moose Lodge; and of Grace Awakening Church. He was an avid U of K basketball fan. Tim loved God, and his main priority was his wife, children and being the best family man that he could be.

Tim was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James Lester Poole and Virginia Poole Wright; his paternal grandparents, J.R. and Maggie Thomas; and three aunts, Brenda, Joanne and Joyce. He is survived by his loving wife, Krystal Thomas; six children, Alyssa, Destiny, Kyle, Brianna and Stephanie Thomas and Autumn Dukes; his parents, Tim and Cindy Thomas, Brandenburg, KY; a brother, Matthew (Tammy) Thomas, Louisville, KY; his cousin/brother, Josh Scott; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Bethel United Methodist Church, with Rev. Robin Brown and Rev. Paul Frederick officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 PM on Saturday and after 9:00 AM on Sunday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
