Mr. William Roscoe “Bill” Richards, Sr., age 75 of Vine Grove, KY, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. Mr. Richards had been a resident of Meade County for the past 18 years. He had earned a Ph.D. in college and was a Corporate Technical Writer by trade. Bill had served his country in the United States Marine Corp and was 100% disabled, due to his exposure to AGENT ORANGE.

Bill is survived by his wife, Victoria Ann Guandolo; his son, William “Bill” Richards, Jr. and his wife, Claudia; his daughter, Heather M. Guandolo; and three grandchildren, Claudia, Liam and Parker.

In honoring Bill’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation, with no public services to be held. Hager Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
